Meet Charlie (he/him)
Charlie is a digital advertising and fundraising strategist with more than a decade of experience helping organizations grow their reach and revenue online. As the founder of Hunter Digital Insights Consulting (HDIC), he partners with nonprofits, small businesses, and community events to build results-driven campaigns, optimize performance, and make smarter marketing decisions.
He specializes in digital fundraising, paid media strategy, SEO, and performance analytics, helping clients turn online attention into real-world results. His work increasingly bridges the gap between strategy and technology, using data automation, GA4 insights, and ethical AI tools to streamline decision-making and improve performance. Whether you’re running a Giving Day campaign, launching a new product, or promoting a citywide event, Charlie brings the strategic insight and technical know-how to help you hit your goals and stay on budget.
Charlie earned his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas, with concentrations in marketing, business, and nonprofit management. In addition to his marketing work, he has helped organize some of Denton’s most recognizable events, including 35 Denton, Thin Line Fest, and Rock Lottery. His background includes sponsorship development, budgeting, event logistics, and audience engagement—making him a versatile partner across sectors.
He’s especially passionate about helping resource-conscious teams get the most out of digital tools, including grant-funded ad campaigns, AI-assisted workflows, and accessible design strategies that improve results without increasing overhead.
When he’s not working, Charlie is usually crate-digging for records at Recycled, hanging out with his wife and their fur-babies, or supporting Denton’s vibrant music and arts scene.
Meet Kiara, MS, CFRE (she/her)
Kiara is a is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), nonprofit leader and donor engagement specialist who helps mission-driven organizations strengthen relationships, build trust, and inspire lasting generosity. With more than a decade of experience in fundraising, donor relations, and marketing, she specializes in strategic communications that deepen connection, grow participation, and sustain meaningful support. Her work turns generosity into measurable impact by aligning message, mission, and donor experience.
Guided by a belief that philanthropy should be inclusive, collaborative, and grounded in equity, Kiara’s approach centers on authentic connection through transparency, consistency, and storytelling. She helps organizations communicate with purpose and clarity, transforming complex goals into strategies that resonate and motivate action. Her expertise spans donor relations, stewardship design, annual and leadership giving, and multi-channel engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects gratitude, integrity, and shared purpose.
Kiara is recognized for helping organizations strengthen donor trust and retention through intentional, values-driven communication. She has led the development of stewardship programs, Giving Day campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives that increase participation and build long-term loyalty. Her strategic communications combine data and storytelling to elevate the donor experience, ensuring that every message reinforces confidence, transparency, and impact.
An advocate for inclusive, relationship-based philanthropy, Kiara believes the most effective development work blends donor-centered and community-centered approaches. She has led and supported initiatives that advance equity, creativity, and collective growth, bringing that balanced perspective to every project she undertakes. Her work integrates authentic relationship building with strategic communication, ensuring that generosity is both personal and inclusive.
Kiara holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership with a concentration in Philanthropy and Resource Development from the University of Denver and a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership and Governance. She is also a proud University of North Texas alumna, where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in business, marketing, and nonprofit studies.
